Content is not dead, just stop being lazy

Story time:

I take T1 ship roams out to Horde space every so often and other places as WH's give us just for a change of pace, and to have a bit of fun.

These are normally Caracals, because I pray to our lord and savior Rapid Jesus nightly prior to going to sleep, but sometimes we take other stuff.

Always fun Horde have been awesome and thanks for the fights thus far.  Tonight, was a bit different a corpmate had been bugging me every day for a month about whelping a Carrier for the insurance.  Finally, I got him to move it into jump range of C4C so we can shoot some horde and let them get a cap kill out of it.   So I form our whelp Caracals about 9 folks with my moral Drake and we head out.

We burn to C4C and with them deployed it's pretty inactive:  https://zkillboard.com/kill/65016728/

So we keep moving and dodge a 30+ GotG Ferox fleet, though as much fun as that would be... I don't just want to whelp us right into a gang with logi that we have no hope of killing anything before dying in a fire.

Many jumps later we get to 7RM and derp around a bit our dictor calls out drake in KLY on the gate aggressed so we bounce through and pop him and some other small ships.  Then suddenly Brute Force Solutions BS fleet!  Rip try to warp everyone off and we lose a few sadly.  https://zkillboard.com/kill/65017279/

Suddenly Cyno goes up I panic thinking our carrier has jumped in only to find out Slyce had dropped on that gang.... https://zkillboard.com/br/94992/   (I know the BR is balls it's just to show the drop less who was shooting what so calm your nerd balls)

Well shit there goes that idea with them around, but they soon jump their caps out and leave system.  As soon as they do we get back on the 7RM gate in KLY and jump in to brawl out some of the Horde folks on the gate and drop the carrier in.    We decloak light cyno and bring in our carrier, and we all start dying pretty damn quick!  Most of the Caracals and the moral Drake die a couple minutes in while our carrier does what it can to kill things till his fighters are jammed out by horde.

Slowly dying to Horde I hear that that there is a Goon Blood Raider fleet jumping into 7RM and they warp in as the carrier starts hitting low armor.  As they land a Calmil Osprey Navy gang with logi lands at a Tac nearby.  Goons finish off our carrier friend, and are then fighting it out with Calmil and Horde that are on grid.  BR at the time of this was not working so sorry BR's are going to be Zkill links https://zkillboard.com/br/94994/

TL:DR undocked and had fun stop being lazy and go out and do something you never know what awesome content you will run into.

I think this will be that last post for this.  I am having issues, and pretending to keep it out of this blog I can no longer do do.  It was a Eve Blog not a RL one.

  If anyone did read this thank you and I hope things will get better.  Thank you all.

AAR / Target Calling: The art of killing things in a Alpha doctrine.

 Alpha doctrines are not a new thing to Eve, and are one of the most fun doctrines to use that I have been a part of as of late.

Alpha doctrines tend to break down to who has the best position, and better numbers.  This is not always the case but for sake of this writing those are the things we will focus on.  I was also asked to do a AAR as well for the KLY-C0 fight, and my apologies for taking so long on it, but I will blend the 2 together as best I can.

  I have not fully FC'd a fleet for CO2 as of this writing, and only really did some Algos roams. and corp roams around the area.  This day would be different as Cubeick and his secondary FC Joli Torem took out our rusty Rupture doctrine for a spin.  Ruptures are a  cheap alpha doctrine that can really punch above its weight given positioning, webs. and hitting not splitting damage.  Cubeick was set up as our anchor, and Joli our initial target caller which free's up the main FC to position the fleet properly so we apply max damage for the ammo type he wants us using.    We moved into KLY and engaged an initial Pandemic Horde Caracal fleet, and unfortunatly one of the first losses was the secondary FC Joli.  This left him without a target caller, and so I jumped in for better or worse it was time to get back to doing what I loved doing calling primaries.

There is a pace to calling targets in a alpha doctrine, and since the primary FC is anchoring you have to find the right times to be calling targets and letting him call for micro-warpdrives or other positioning calls.  This makes things  a lot easier if the pair has worked together before (we had not till today), and you allow each other to speak as needed.   Once Joli goes down Cubeick asks for someone to call targets, and I go to work looking for high value targets first or things that will disrupt their fleet the most.  If those are not in range or viable you focus on DPS killing DPS from the other fleet helps your fleet survive if you are not volleying them off before reps land then look at picking logistics ships.

I go into a mode when i call targets I start locking the target, and broadcast him using the right click broadcast target function.  (I have been doing that my entire Eve career, and it was going to bite me in the ass later.)  I kill what is close first since there were no high value targets on field that I could see so DPS was primary and we go to work on Caracals.  I call targets with a cadence once I have broadcasted and locked the primary I start locking the secondary while I see how our DPS applies and today it applied damn well.  When you are alpha'ing targets you have to have your secondary ready but keep a pace were folks are killing then locking the secondary this avoids people trying to split their DPS to shoot the secondary and possibly giving the primary a chance to get reps due to the split DPS.  So calling targets for this fleet when primary is (as I am locking then broadcast) first 3 letters of the first name or full name depending on how hard it is to say.  While I lock the secondary once that target gets to armor I am broadcasting the secondary this means by the time they are done locking the primary should be dead and all DPS should be applied to the new primary.  Should the primary get logi reps I call the secondary as primary, and keep moving, but keeping that one locked.  Once you have the temp for how the DPS is applying it becomes damn fun fleet with things dying one right after the other.  We crush their initial Caracal fleet, and then they come for round 2, and this is where I derp so hard I wanted to just log off.   While calling targets and using the right click method I hit remove cruiser from overview .........  Looking at it it is pretty damn easy to do if you are broadcasting targets as quickly as I was, and I boned it up bad!

So for me all that I could see on my overview was frigates so I called for free fire yet there was still a bunch of Caracals on grid.  After going crazy trying to figure out what I had done and got it fixed we went back to work chewing through Caracals, and token Cerberus.  During all this Cubeick would start to speak, and I would just broadcast instead of speaking over him so he could give a call for an align or reanchor.  It went as smooth as my derpiness allowed, and surprisingly we came out a bil a ahead, and I found my grove again.  Thanks to you Cubeick for being awesome, and hope we can work together soon.

Oh a AAR I need to get good, and use the shortcut for broadcasting so I don't screw that up again.  Battle report is below!

Tabloid

So yea sense I post a TON here you know......... I have been asked to write some more somewhere else.... Ok that is a lie I said I would try so I am going to write some things, and you all get to see them as well. These will be Tabloid type things that are short, crazy, and totally fake....I hope......

  This is where if I had any kind of skill or know how I would photo shop the hell out of something similar to these and put Eve players/CCP folks in game faces.  Sadly I have no such ability at this time so it'll just be boring words much like Reddit! eh.....

SARANEN MARKET CRASHES!  GOONS TO BLAME!

Locals are in a panic here in the system of Saranen as billions of locals cause mass hysteria and riots due to Goons leaving the area and moving toward Delve.   Concord has issued a warning to the Caldari Government to get it under control or be put into marshal law via  a press conference in Yulai.  Caldari officials lay blame at the hands of The Mittani and his leadership for the current instability of the system.  "Our people nothing but gracious to Goons, and the MBC who have both fought violent battles in our system killing millions in their terrible war".  "We were told by The Mittani that he not cause issues with our populace with any drastic changes in the near future.  Then he announces that they will be moving in less than a month!""This effectively ruined several million businesses with massive layoffs, crashed the stock market, and destroyed any use for new infrastructure  we've built to support the outrageous group."

After speaking further with the enraged Caldari representative they will be looking to take Goons to Concord for reparations for damages caused to the tune of 1 Quadrillion ISK.  This is the largest sum of ISK ever in any case thus far Concord has presided over.  The Mittani could not be reached for comment due to what his representative said is via instant message "He is currently clubbing and will not comment on this case at this time."  Concord said they have sent messages and look to start the trial with in the month.

The deserted wasteland Drone Lands

Where is Razor?

Where is The Initiative?

     These were the things I was thinking when we started taking objectives in Tenal.  After the first few objectives we all came to realize that Razor and INIT had both already moved a majority of their assets out of Tenal.  After speaking to a few former Razor folks (yes I did find Razor) they had started moving things out almost a month prior to our hitting Tenal about when World War Bee (WWB from here on out) kicked off.  The link covers more of the overall WWB stuff than I will here so check it out if you would like to know more about it.

Funny thing to note that PL/NC. would not blue us and would actually shoot at our fleets as we moved around to do either roams, or whatever else.  They would not shoot us for the major WWB operations, but even then I was skeptical.

    As I wrote before the EUtz would get the brunt of the bigger fights in WWB for Drone Walkers these were normally lead by Bruce Ernaga leader of inPanic or Jay Wright, We had a couple fights of note, but they were not DW pure objectives for the most part that I can remember.  I dug through my killboard and found the biggest fight I was in with DW and either Eve Kill is busted or it has a lot of stuff in it as it has been taking forever to load!  We made a huge error by bringing both Cerbs and hurricanes which led to us losing as much as the CFC.  With nearly a 1000 folks in local and brawled it out over what I cannot eve remember, but the fight was brutal for us.  Bruce lead us on this one and we the shield to be beat on while we did what we could to keep it close.  That was the more memorable battle that I recall, and there were chances we thought for bigger fights to see if the CFC would bite, and we brought our dreads out to play for these X-Large Ship Maintenance Array & X-Large Ship Maintenance Array  if you do battle reports you'll notice the CFC did not show, and to be honest I would not have either.  With a 1000 of the MBC, and a small cap fleet from the new comers to the WWB front there was no way the CFC would come and suffer their own personal B-R for what we may have destroyed in those XLSMA's.

    With all that going on Drone Walkers kept pushing and flipping systems in Tenal with minimal resistance at all past some that had clones they would hop in to whelp ships.  While flipping systems we killed towers a plenty and things were running pretty quick for us to flip the entire area in a little over 3 weeks.   At about the halfway point people started talking about what next, and what would we do with the space.  Well the space part was simple enough we would give it away to anyone willing and able to take it and live in it that was not Goons.  At least that was the initial notions.....

  For those looking XDeath had been making moves with fleets and Sov in and around Oasa.  Then once we declared Tenal fully conquered XDeath made their move.  It was capped off with a mail from Attakare a diplo from XDeath and controls the standings sheet..but before that since they had not kicked all the groups from the gc.mail list a mailing list XDeath uses to send mails to all renters/supporters.

Also warning this is google translated so my apologies!

Reset Drone Walkers
From: Karer II
Sent: 2016.04.10 17:09
To: gc.mail,

Greetings ladies and gentlemen.

Over the past few years we have carried out the practice of Space in dronregah young alliances or corporations wishing to establish an alliance. The only condition was - PVP. As practice has shown once again, people do not know how to appreciate the good. Greed, vanity, these vices turned the head of management of a number of alliances.

Of all who received dronregah Space are two of the alliance. This Alternate Allegiance and inPanic. Quite recently they organized a coalition Drone Walkers. This in itself is not that important, if not the number of their actions.

CEO inPanic Bruce Ernaga: "xdeath has no control over us anymore Inpanic, alts and kick dont have to listen to them anymore We are free..". Inpaniki are the second generation of traitors in Cobalt (damn region, if you know what I mean). Alliance Spears of Destiny, which was their predecessor received in Space cobalt in exchange for a promise to close the entrance to the dronregi from Vienna. Leaders of the alliance for a few months engaged in poaching sitizenov, a peace agreement with the attacking alliances region instead of countering them. As a result of the revolution which we have contributed to the reformed alliance inPanic. Apparently the leadership of the new alliance could not get rid of the virus of separatism. By its actions, it has brought the alliance to reset our part.

CEO Alternate Allegiance P Air: "im tired of being nice guy, thinking of changing tactics". Alliance started its journey from sitizenov NC .. Our cooperation enabled them to expand to an impressive value 3,300 pilots. During formation, as it turned out in the course of a large-scale investigation, the alliance did not disdain the direct theft of R64 moons pribiraniya their hands delicious systems podbivaniyu separatism other residents dronregov (eg recommendations tightening transmission Spacey), poaching sitizenov in stunning scale (about 500 pilots excluding other Citizen Alliance). Apparently it's his understanding "to be a good guy."

The guys from time to time were silent. Yes, they were helping in local conflicts that have been a part of their agreement. Now they just have declared independence and continue their destructive activities. Yes, during the war in Insmazere small contingents participated in dronregah alliances. Yes, they have played an important role in the final battle for the hub C-J6MT. However, what they have done and are doing now does not fit with the agreements that have been concluded with them.

A few days ago, the leaders of many alliances Drone Walkers coalition stated that they are in danger of losing their PVP-pilots and forced to begin active operations against the CFC to deter players. Such unanimity immediately aroused suspicions because the war in Insmazere some alliances are not even lit up. A few days later it became known that the alliances Drone Walkers stupid loot received for the contract against the CFC. Provided that they are, through the efforts of our diplomats, are included in the agreement not to invade between us and the CFC is - a direct blow to the agreements of all kinds. Do not be afraid of these words - a betrayal for money and nothing blatant lie.

Stands alliances with the following members of the Drone Walkers, will be dropped April 10, 2016 at 18:00 eve time:
* Alternate Allegance
* InPanic
* Phoenix Company Alliance
* Bloodline
* District85
* The Explicit Alliance
* Just a Game
* Requiem Eternal
* BlackNovaMercenary Alliance

We tear them all the agreements and begin to attack their systems. If someone and tired of being a nice guy, so it's me

    My guess was it was XDeath were waiting for was for us to fully be stuck in, and in a worse place to redeploy and defend ourselves.  As to some of the things said in the mail I cannot comment on anything, but ALTS things.  ALTS did a lot of the entosis work in Insmother and from what I gathered a huge amount of it.  So the minor praise there is ignorance to the fact of the work they put in, and to the other items listed about poaching was funny enough.  They said we took effectively thousands of pilots! Yea right........ you mean picked up groups or pilots that could barely hold on and brought them in sure.   Though looking at it from their point they wanted ammo to fire up their war machine.  As to the R64 I am not sure on, but after speaking to leadership I am sure we did not steal and when asked it was a matter of we had it and a new group moved in then suddenly wanted it and said no.  If that is stealing what we already had then ya we are thieves.  The funny thing is the other blocks owned more of the higher end moons in drones than we ever did under alt corps.

  4 days later would come to cease fire which was just a cover so XDeath to make a better position for them selves and buy more time.

The deserted wasteland "Drone Lands" Prologue

Be warned there is no TL:DR for this so sorry/not sorry.

    So some people @wilhelm2451 and @Sarag0ssa both asked for me to go further into talking about the war in Drones and the things that went on. I hope I do it justice, but just know I was not in the higher echelons so there is tinfoil/2nd hand info on my part so apologies in advance. I will list all the groups as they come up and I remember them with links to eve gate once, and will most likely go to a short form name or ticker for the remainder of talking about this. I will also cover some things from before the reset that I think has a part or impact on it.

    So let us go back in history a bit to the eviction of The Older Gamer Alliance (from here on out known as TOG) from their pocket in Oasa.  Legion of xXDeathXx had come down and said that TOG had not lived up to their requirements and were to be removed from the area.  We in Alternate Allegiance really did not like this, and looked for ways to avoid it completely to even helping to pay rent for them to buy them some time to get sorted.  TOG rejected the deal so we were left to go after a group I had come to like since I was asked to join ALTS.  So most of the non-renting groups in and around Oasa started operations to push TOG out of their pocket which we all still call the old TOG pocket.  Our first operations would bit start till near the end of the first week in February, but as with XDeath's tradition as soon as they reset their members went to go pick fights.  The note worthy groups at the time for this were:

Alternate Allegiance - ALTS
BlackNova Mercenary Alliance - BNMA
Bloodline
Brotherhood of Spacers - BOSS
District-85 -  D85
inPanic
Just A Game.  JAG
Ministry of Inappropriate Footwork -Kick
Phoenix Company Alliance  - POCA
Requiem Eternal - Req
The Explicit Alliance - Xplicit

XDeath did come out, but not with anything note worthy fleet wise from what I can remember.  We had a few skirmishes with TOG, but TOG had already begun the process of moving once they got the reset notice losing an Aeon in LowSec sadly on the way out.  Honestly there were not really any good fights here past someone from Bloodline dropping their Titan while I was FCing to try and kill a Naglfar which did not work, since you know they didnt let the FC(me) know what was going on so ended up losing a Loki for their trouble....

(tinfoil) In my mind this is the start to the growing problem we could see that XDeath was looking at groups and looking to push them out to help stabilize the area in fear of a civil war.

Though we still had what I thought was a good relationship with XDeath we held an event called BWF party.  Where we spent about 3-4 days to include the weekend gate camping and hopping on XDeath fleets with my goal being top killers in the area!  We were asked to help keep points on a hotdrop in Oijanen and help with a fight in Geminate with some XDeath pets that got grabbed by Volta in their carriers (Battle Report).   Time passed we did some other things some guys went to Fountain for a bit of fun with Brotherhood of Spacers,  So ALTS was kind of in limbo some people looking for more content than just defense fleets that I had been running so we had people out doing their own thing in different parts of Eve.

Time passes and we come to the brink of World War Bee.

There had been rumors that war with the goons was coming, and we were all talking about if we would get involved.  I figured we would not be able due to our ties to Legion of xXDeathXx and their relationship with the Imperium (I call them CFC or GSF still so you will see it here sorry).

**Now some of this is where this is word of mouth kind of information or things I tried putting together myself so may or may not be entirely correct**

XDeath had a NIP with the CFC meaning basically no SOV//Structure attacking, and so when WWB kicked off it basically kept the larger portion of Drones out of the fight in regards of assisting the MBC.  XDeath from what I could tell could not and would not openly support the CFC or be the next in line after the CFC were attacked. Early in the war Mercenary Coalition reached out to ALTS leadership if we would be interested in coming out for the war.  Other drone residents wanted to get involved for various reason some out of hate for the CFC others just for the content and be apart of what I thought would be the biggest war Eve has seen.  Man was I wrong on that one!

Then came Fafer he would be persona behind a lot the got the Drone alliances into WWB in a big way.  Fafer came up with the idea to gather us into a coalition later to be named Drone Walkers.

    At that point the alliances got together we got a name, but there was a hindrance XDeath's NIP that applied to all of us especially groups like inPanic who wer`e named in it specifically.  So the leaders got things rolling then Karer turned the key so to speak.  Karer is the leader of XDeath from what I have gathered the yes/no man so to speak, even though UAxDEATH is the defacto person when people think of leadership with XDeath.  Karer went to every Alliance on Skype and gave each personally the go for to take Drone Walkers against the CFC.  Warning that if we lose and they come after our takings in Drone Lands/where ever they would not assist or support.   With that Drone Walkers formed up and mobilize to HB-5L3 on the edge of Tenal.

This is a easy choice for staging since InPanic lived there and was close to their primary staging area.  We took the doctrines that were fixtures of the time for Eve primary the doctrines to rule fights more often than not.  Most if not all the big fights were Euro time zone so that hampered my participation in the bigger fights.   Tenal was at the time owned by Razor & The Initiative who we expected to put up a nasty defense, and one to be honest I did not think we had the ability to fully push them out.  I kept warning that these are not just push overs as INIT (the initiative) are pretty damn good PvP group in my opinion, and Razor has as many people we did coming to fight.

 Drone Walkers would come to find that the CFC for the most part would not even try major operations against the Money Badger Coalition let alone the new comers to the ring DW. Though DW would come to find its own trials of being a new coalition soon, and in some political intrigue/drama that could be a best seller.

FC What do?

An epic amount of things have gone on since my last post, and all so fast there was no hope (at least for me) to post anything about it.

So TL;DR (to long didnt read)  ALTS were reset by Xdeath and nearly all the of the people who were to stand with us bent the knee to them so they would not lose their space out of fear.

We ourselves made some tough choices and those not willing or able to fight left leave we few.  Taking Alts from one of the largest alliances in Eve with around 3000+ toons to 300+toons.   Which is not a bad thing from my point of view as this gives me a better perspective on what we have as a group.  With 3000 you can get big ideas for what you could do with 10% of that, but that number was not reflective of what we really had.  I use the 10% rule when looking at groups and what the can actually bring fleet wise and normally it is pretty close, but actually trends to be less than 10% in most cases.  The reduction in numbers, the lack of allies, and the increasing support to Xdeath finally pushed us out of Oasa/PF entirely (well sorta).  I say sort of because they cannot really keep us out unless we totally back off as Xdeath cannot hope to cover all their space and still has a lot of un-TCU'd systems in Oasa.

A lot of people put in a lot of work and flipped a lot of systems which is why the Sov mechanics are awesome.  We were so good at it we set a record in Eve for most timers set in a day,  We fight in small gangs and either pick off stragglers off of groups or set them up for friends to hit them.

So what now?  I have just put up my recruiting advert again, and will look to try and get YHI as a working corp, and geared more toward PvP than industry,  We will always be industry, but it is not fair of me to say that industry is all we do and all that will be asked of members.  PvP will not be everything, but will be something we work on and are a well rounded Corp.

Keeping this one short just because there is no way to really put everything that has happened in the last couple of months!  Nor would I accurately be able to describe everything either and that would do justice to all the work ALTS and friends put into everything.

Fly safe folks.

Alternate living

I got poked that I had not posted in awhile, and immediately felt bad.  I had forgotten that this is how people who I know who do not play any more keep up to date on things.

sorry spyke...

So I've been with Alternate Allegiance for about 4 months so far, and it has been pedal to the metal the entire time.

I am going to post some numbers to show the progress, and even though to most other groups in Eve these may seem... poor to say the least.  So take it for what it is a comparison from before I joined up till now.

From January of 2015 - October of 2015 total amount of kills never got over 620 with 927 being the most losses of that time frame.  With a negative K/D ratio.

I joined 23 November 2015 since then kills each month (except December) past 1000 kills, and has had a positive K/D ratio.  It was not huge by any margin, but very noticeable when you look and compare the boards over the last year or so.

This really mean anything?  Only time will tell, and keeping focused and working at it will help.

Do I think me coming to Alts did that, in part yes, but not totally.  Alts was missing fleet leadership, and from what I could tell an active FC who cares.  First thing was to start trying to form for every group of neuts or neut that came into our space.  I wanted to get people in the habit if intel flashed with neuts nearby to start getting ready.  Do it enough times people tend to already long before you are!

Getting people into a doctrine was the first step, and sometimes even now is still a struggle.  As we grow our numbers, and get them into fleet it changes what we need.  At first it was I need dps and logi everything else second.  Now I am asking for more logi as having just 2 is no longer enough, and support ships to flush out the fleet is needed.  That is the hard part getting those support ships, the tackle, the recon, the scouts.  These are things we are slowly putting together, and are slowly making us less of a target for easy kills.

That has been my focus since I have joined, and thankfully I have some great folks around me to help.  My corp keep being a CEO easy thankfully, hopefully I can take some time to recruit and rebuild it so its not so lonely in corp chat.  Alliance leaders have supported me with all they have, and I cannot thank them enough.  Even a failed doctrine yea sorry about the cynabal's!

The CEO's have been talking about loss mitigation among our members indy/ratting ships.  My thoughts are we as CEO's need to talk to our members and do what we can to mitigate them.  That is about as far as I think it should go past a few exceptions.  One exception would be during a CTA or home defense fleet.  What to do about the exceptions and those losses is something I am not sure on.  Kick that person? Fine them?  I do not think those are things we should do, as we are not an elite pvp alliance by any stretch.  So in honest I don't know what to do about it past finding out why, and going from there.

I've been pressuring others to step up and FC as well.  This has to happen if we want any kind of redundancy in fleet fights.  I am going to do my best to push these folks to do fleets, and run them on their own without any input from myself or any of the other FC's.  Then talk it over afterwards and see what can be done better next go around.  I hope doing this that more folks will join fleets since there will be more of them, and getting more folks involved will hopefully get more people to pvp.

In a industrial based alliance you build your pvp from within, you have to.  Bringing in pure pvp groups never usually take well especially with how far out in null sec we are.  They get bored quickly normally, and would always away from the area looking for pvp.  Which is not a bad thing, but not optimal for them nor the alliance if they end up being at arms reach having to be away to find constant content.  Who know maybe a group will come along, and be a good fit Eve can always throw you off.

So what is next?  I have a few ideas, and had a small deployment lined out for the alliance......then PL parked in Akora.  So I've put that off to see what happens with them, and the push horde is putting on Fade.

Hopefully real life will be getting real busy as I am about to start college.  Work, this blog, and Eve will suffer for it, but poke me so I don't forge to do another post!

Orion.

What is this blogging thing?

So yea its been awhile......yea.........

Real life first my wife had a little girl, and now I am working on not being easy to manipulate... though I doubt any sort of prep will help me in regards to her!

This is a bit of an events update since I haven't posted in a long time.  I'm finally employed and that has firmly placed my play time in UStz prime.   I am currently in charge of Yulai Heavy Industries again even though I wanted to let someone else run it.  I was not sure if I could handle it alone without the support of my directors who are mostly afk due to real life.

So after talking to some of the remaining members they really wanted me to push recruiting. So after trying to recruit some it didnt seem that I could rebuild the corp to ts former glory, and so I started thinking of alternatives...

Then real life brought me to my knees.  A friend out of game as well as in game, a fellow vet, and former CEO of YHI Talon Purvanen (Chris) was in a car accident, and died sometime later.   He helped me start YHI in July of 2013, and was our mining director up until I asked him to take the CEO role.  That was so I could focus on FCing and working on PvP doctrines, and fleets for the alliance.  That way YHI could focus on being industrial, and being damn good at it.  Were he did just that!  Helped us get a cap building project going and we were producing a few caps a month.  Which for us was pretty damn awesome.

As always in YHI "real life first always" he was building a home, and had a new girlfriend to focus on.  I was happy for him, and sad he'd be away.   Someone else took over, and he'd pop online for bit to talk or call my cell to talk things or just about real life stuff.  He'd kept in contact with folks via email, and would log in from time to time to help sort something.

Then my uncle texted me telling me what had happened.... I lost it I had to pull over because I couldn't stop crying.  I couldn't believe it he had just spoke to one of my directors about being ready to start coming back.  He was looking forward to building a Citadel and seeing how all that worked.....
Which we will do even if I have to pay for it myself.

It got me to thinking I need to what makes me happy.  If ever in Eve you are not happy do something about it!  Our time in this world isn't long so enjoy it!

So I started looking at either leaving YHI to pursue FCing in medium to large gangs or have the corp join an alliance that allows me to do that.  After talking with the active members we decided it best to join an alliance.  So we joined Alternate Allegiance based in the Drone Lands who helped my old alliance a lot, and provided pilots for the war in Insmother fighting Red Alliance.  I hope things work out the way I see them, and hopefully YHI will have a lot more options on the table for content.

The first week in the Alliance, and already had some fun killing a dread owned by Red Fire along with a few of their T3's.  It is not all sun shine and rainbows as thee is a lot of work to be done to get people working toward being able to fight for every inch of their home.

 I will try and post more from now on...maybe I can do that while ratting....ya that wont happen

Waffles Waffles Waffles

So I've moved across lowsec, and have joined WAFFLES. a very active Eve Online PvP centered Alliance.

My first impressions after being here for almost a month and spending serious hours in fleets, and Mumble.

As to content there is a ton of it, and by far more than any other group you will run into in Eve if you like PvP.  Looking at my stats in August I had 267 kills 34 losses / 26.57 Billions isk destroyed to 2.72 Billion lost.  September has exploded, and pay mind to that I joined waffles in late August.  514 kills to 34 losses / 90.22 Billion isk destroyed to 1.58 Billion isk lost.

That is a crazy jump, but will go down as real life gets back to normal for me.  Fleets are up constantly going on, and you will get content because Waffles generate it.

I like a green killboard because I like winning which is the competitive side of me coming out/

As to the people it is taking a bit to get used it.  I am currently doing fleets in both time zones so I am getting know both, and figure out who I like to run with, and who I need to adjust to.  Just like any group there are folks who will get on your nerves, and ones that are great to be around.

Everyone will fly something that is needed as they can.  You will not be able to just ship up into your favorite ship every time.  If logi is needed, and you can fly it with the skills needed you'll be shipping into it or something else that is needed.  That is the best part of Waffles. in my opinion because that is what will make you a better over all player, and asset to everyone.   Forcing folks to do this will always put your group higher than others that just corner themselves into only being able or wanting to fly a certain thing.

We are doing a lot of stuff, and poking groups in Cloud Ring.  This has been interesting, and different as I have fought for space, and nearly burned myself out of Eve defending it.   I feel more comfortable doing in it because it is what I know, and now learning the new mechanics is pretty interesting.  We've forced Iron Armada out, and currently poking SpaceMonkey's Alliance, and forcing them to show for fights.

So far so good, and my current goal is to get -10 Security Status so I can check that Eve block.

Oh also check out the Podside Podcast, and the Best of Us in game channels.  Best of Us is for veterans across the world, and helping one another.  Podside is a great podcast where you can be heard, and listen to folks talk about just about everthing.

Update

o/

So a lot has gone on since my last post.  One would think that in a game it would be easy you know?  Just do what you want and have fun!  Sometimes it brings really emotions if you care about the folks you interact with, and this is the case with me.

I just left my Alliance, and as silly as it sounds it was one of the hardest things I have done.  I grew into loving PvP, and eventually a FC defending our home. With that I left the corporation I started as well with my main.  I need a break from leadership, drama, and politics I disagree with.  Not to say it was that bad, but there were ideals that I just couldn't deal being a apart of and not having a real choice in the matter.

I'll always care about them more than any other group, and one day I'll come back.  Hopefully in a better place to help it more so than I did before.  As for what I am doing now?  I am in lowsec trying my hand at that, but even that as it seems isn't as good as I had thought.  Well at least at the moment that is some recent events have gave me pause in my current course.

The grass isn't greener by a long shot, but its different and that's what I wanted and need at this time.  I don't know what I want to do right now, and hope the current situation gets resolved soon.  As I am looking for my next fight/skirmish/war now.

Sorry for the lack of a real post, but I wanted to at least let folks know that follow this know my situation.  If you are reading this thank you, and hope it helps in some way.

Below is something I had no idea was old as it is!  I first came across this after listening to the Black Hawk Down soundtrack, and love it.  This is what came to mind with all this going on in Eve with my toon.

Turbulence

Hello!

Sorry for not writing more (not that you really enjoyed it anyway!), but real life has as always taken things 1st, and Eve last then this blog somewhere further down.  Real life has given me a beautiful baby girl Lilly, and I now have to buy more guns...... for hunting......yea......

Now to Eve stuff sadly its been up and down as it always seems for me and my merry band.  I am a CEO again, but going to be giving that to someone else.  He's by far more knowledgeable in Eve than I am, and an industrial power house.  My corp was and is a industrial force, and with its new CEO I think it'll become something much more as I had hoped.   He's also a lot better writer than I will ever hope to be so go read him here

Now you may ask what I have been up to?  Fighting and trying to support my alliance as best I can.  See the following links below for some of the fights, and even a video of my boss's fun fleet he runs weekly.

We've been having skirmishes with the Imperium (goons), and taking on some heavy fights till they just cyno in more than we brought....which is every time lol.  I also did a event for Nova Haven who is lead by the awesome Kira Tsukimoto.  Where my alliance helped Nova Haven kill my Dominix Navy Issue.

Here are some of the fights with the Imperium:

Fight

Fight

Battleship Fight

Now what to do... that I do not know I have to find a new home in the Alliance as I plan on staying out here.  That being said I will keep my options open, and hope for the best as always.  This blog will have long periods of no posts, but I hope someone gets something out of this even if its a laugh.  Fly safe folks.

Peace in the Drone Lands and other random thoughts.

      I've heard the stories of the epic fights between Solar, and Xdeath since I join my currently alliance in null sec.  I've been flying with Xdeath for awhile now, and they have some good people, and their leader is one of the best people I have spoken with (well skype'd with).  Solar even with their hate for Xdeath, I figured would get pushed out of the Drone Lands at least or would come to terms like Tri, did, and prepare for Fozzie Sov.

See this, and this for more info on it.

My thoughts on this is that this coalition will hold its space less a full on incursion from the Imperium comes to call.  Which could happen though after they raid Provi, but I will let others debate on who will attack what and where.  Could this bring some of the other Russian groups in as well maybe?  From what I see most would most likely not want that, and cry BLUE DOUGHNUT WAAAAHHH!!   I am not sure how I feel on the growing coalition as of yet.  Tactically it makes sense, with as much space as Xdeath owns it helps to have others to call on to shore up areas as needed.  Space will be lost I am sure but much less so with Tri in the mix and their PvP prowess with the Xdeath hammer behind them.  My alliance has an different situation in all of this that I wont get deep into, but its different to say the least, and one that makes things difficult at times.

With the changes to Sov, and the new missile buffs I am looking forward to trying out some Sacrilege fleets.  Using the new missile mods you should be able to do some fun things with them, but we shall see!  As it's not in any of our doctrines so it may be awhile sadly.....  Oh and Caracals... Caracals everywhere!  Seems like every time I undock there is a Caracal gang running around, and even on a Spectre fleet we ran into a Caracal gang.  They are cheap, and very damn effective right now, and it makes sense with the Heavy Missile buff that are getting a lot of love.  Myself and Wilhelm Arcturus were excited for the changes, and we wonder when the Drake's will roam once more.

Fozzie Sov seems to have everyone terrified or really excited.  I will wait and see what happens, because at this point getting worked up over something that has not happened yet is a waste of time.  My hopes it will bring small groups in to own their little area and to work at holding it.  I have my worries, but till I see what happens I really cannot say if it will change anything.

What will I be doing till then?  I have no idea really past trying to earn isk to buy some ships for the new doctrines.  The shield Ishtar is dead "Thank you Space Pope!", and it seems the Armor Ishtar is a thing though.  I don't think it will work nearly as well as a Armor doctrine, but time will tell if the Ishtar will have a roll in the coming months.

Well I have a CTA to attend sorry for the lag RL, and Military training have kept me away.

The Drone Lands War: Etherium Reach Part 2

This is Etherium Reach as of 2 June 2015

   TL:DR of part one PFR and 2-3 other groups tried to take SOV, failed and moved on.   The more notable PFR moved to the uncontested area "at the time" Scalding Pass.  We all took a deep breath at that point think the worst was over.  We could start working on growing as an alliance and be the anchor for the Drone Lands.

Then the toughest challenge we've faced set up in Uemon.  Triumverant (will be called Tri from here on) moved in due to their alleged failures at taking on the Imperium (Goons).  Early February Tri began their push taking WPV-JN  by killing our defensive SBU's KM KM KM then we formed to fight them finally and get our first fleet fight. - Battle Report - and L4X-1V where we did not try contesting them for it.  Which were out first test against them.  Tri went after LXQ2-T. A few times but have been repelled each time.  The defense we had was in support of Xdeath - Battle Report - Lost isk war but won the objective.  Though we already saw that out coalition was too spread out nor had the SP/Ship compositions to fight them properly.  The mighty Maller had fallen, and pushed into flying the Augoror Navy Issue from here on known as the ANI .

Great ship and great tank with ok DPS, and 2 utility High slots to play with make it a great defensive fleet doctrine in my opinion, and something lower skill level players can get into.

So system after system fell PX-IHN, ZZ5X-M, SAH-AD, and so on, they begain to creep closer to our home systems.  We made the decision to pull all major and not immediately needed items out of ER.  We also made sure to SBU everyone of our systems, and leave all our tower up.  We were not going to make this as easy as the were already making it out to be.  When Tri didnt want to fight they dropped Supers knowing Xdeath nor us could oppose them.  This seemed counter to their wanting content and seemed more out of laziness than anything.

Then they set eyes on NWX-LI my home, and our Alliances first station the alliance had built and deployed.  When they did I had planned no real defense past inviting everyone in eve to attend and maybe force them to stand down due to odds and us sacrifice our fleet to those that came.  Something happen people contacted me out of the blue from the Coalition saying they wanted to be there to do something.

I wrote it off as maybe 2-5 people from each corp and us having one last look as Tri to our last bastion.  I was lazy on forming at first then more and more kept asking were I wanted them... Had I known the turn out maybe we could have won the day?  Maybe but if nothing else we forced them to bring in more than they thought they would need!  We formed next door off the normal pipe expecting Tri to camp the pipe.  I couldnt believe we had 100 in fleet it was amazing to see.  We sadly had no capitals to use because to be honest we did think we'd get the numbers we'd have.  Tri was late and we went immediately to killing their SBU if we killed that and if they were ill prepared we could set the stage for a better fight.  Phoenix Company sadly did not get on our comms and went shiels instead of armor and were quickly taken out before the real fighting began.
Tri brought Rattlesnakes with a triage carrier Chimera and support ships.

This combo is powerful, after using them in a fleet I can see how great this fleet is, but its a hurts a killboard for sure if you start to lose them!

We fielded ANI's with Guardian's, T1 hulls of the same flavor, and whatever was left in peoples hangers.
We killed the SBU forcing them to bring and online another.  Our logi could hold the ANIs but anything less or not tanked properly died.  We pushed to station to fight with bombers from bombers bar, HASH, and us trying to kill RattleSnakes.  I had everyone switch to their triage carrier and he was breaking.  As he neared 30% shields a cyno was lit and Tri brought in more Triage Chimeras.  With that we disengaged, with no one able to come assist we could not hope to win.  With a heavy heart I stood everyone down and thanked them.  As a final gesture Tri Reinforced the safe POS we were in.  As they left one their Huginn's was bouncing off the shield after they warped.  I burned out and grabbed tackle to get us a token killNWX Battle Report

Call it tears or what have you that was our home, and made more of it than Tri would or ever will.  Maybe one day it will be again, and I hope I can lead us back to retake it from whomever owns it.  Because nowhere else is home for me at least other than NWX.  We fought hard and for a newly found coalition, some former renters/renters facing as harden PvP alliance.  I think we did as best we could.  For all the smack talk Tri was the better PvP alliance, but again they take pride in fighting new to pvp groups and renters.  So for all the bravado they are nothing more than that bravado.

So you may ask where are we now?  Well I moved Alliance to support SERIN, and our new companions Advent of Fate ( AoF from here on).  To start again, as after losing your first home in null and something you worked so hard for.... people took it differently.  Some moved with us wanting to grow again.  Others went back to highsec, some sought out other corps/alliances to test other waters.  As with Eve we all have ups and downs, and this was both of ours in rapid fire.  We now fight Intrepid Crossing IRC from here on, who flipped sides to garner favor of Tri.  Which is sad for me as we fought together, and even made a couple friends in game.  Which now has strained and most likely will break those in short order.

That is the shortest I could break this down to.  I am sure I missed things or failed to mention something, but oh well this is my view of events.  I'd like to thank the people, corps, alliances that have helped us along the way:

Signal Cartel You cannot stop the signal!

A Band Apart Yarr!!

And many other individuals, corps, and alliances that I have forgotten and my apologies for not listing you as well.

These are events according to my view, and memory which can be wrong lol.

Things are tough, but as always, I will do what I can to make it better thanks for reading!

The Drone Lands War: Etherium Reach Part 1

Jump Range Nerfs

This would be the spark that would set my former home ablaze like we had never thought it would.  The restrictions on jump ranges were/are huge in mitigating responses from the larger blocs in Eve.  I am for limited force projection though while reading this you may think I am not right in the head in being for it.

This is my memories (right or wrong to whomever reads I do not care) of our time in Etherium Reach from Renters to building a Coalition of Industrialists to defend their homes.  We thought ER was a place no one wanted, but us....Others thought it the perfect place to start because they thought the same.....

Its starts literally day one of the patch an upstart group called PFR with a noble goal of freeporting station in Nullsec for all to dock.  To each his own I guess, but thoughts are if it was meant for everyone to dock it would be Low/High Sec.  Neither here nor there so on to the post.....

It all started for us on November 4th 2014 with us finding out PFR had made a move to claim WPV-JN.  They had taken down the Sovereignty structures required to online their own TCU.  We were asked to kill it as we had really just started to grow and get ourselves ready to do PvP due to the new patch we took on the challenge.   We were not alone at the time a local lowsec group was helping us F0RCED ENTRY. a good group of pilots who you will hear more about later.  They had anchored the TCU so to deny them their claim we killed it and its defenders Battle Report.

I at least thought that would be the end of it our Land Lords don't have to come do anything job done we look better, and back to growing our alliance.  Oh how wrong I was!  They were tenacious to the point of absurdity/ignorance.

We had got intel from a source on them moving a freighter with another attempt at placing another Sov. structure down.  We nearly had stopped them, but sadly we were to slow.... I burned my alt in a interceptor as fast as I could to get tackle and a warp in with help of ROC..  A snall fight with their small defense force was enough time for the freighter to offload, and secure its objective.  Battle report from that event.

At this time there were more groups either at the time scouting out the area Mostly Hammered, and even ROC. had ideals at this time to even try to take space.  With all these factions starting to bleed into ER we were asked to deploy and sport defending the front pocket of ER. So we deployed to C-4D0W

This would be our deployment area to defend ER from those coming in as best we could.  Now mind you we did have landlords who did come and help but rarely and only for the final timers normally so keep that in mind.  Though through our early successes we did something no one thought possible we grew a USTZ Renter coalition, and one had it been given more time could have done a lot of good things for the area.

Now to continue...

We fought with a T1 Doctrine of what we called the Mighty Maller, and the Moa.  Since most of us were new to PvP to easy the cost, and skill points needed we went these as our main line ships.  We wanted tank over DPS which helped us early, but proved to really make grinding anything painfully slow! With T1 and eventually T2 logistics we could hold the field far longer than we really should have been able to.  These were what I cut my teeth on as I learned to FC and take fleets out.

As things go people change sides and who you worked with are against you the next.  Seeing weakness in our landlords ROC. and F0RCED ENTRY. both went to either support PFR or do their own thing.  * I will not try to dig to deep on the politics here as my memory is terrible and I don't want to bog this post any more*

We lost WPV and surprisingly we had no idea that CT8K-0's station after the last invasion was never repaired so when PFR struck it was quick, and we woke up to PFR owning their first Freeport on 11 November 2014.  Now with them having a foot hold we were asked to be the force to make their work miserable, and to hit them everywhere.  We continued to pressure them with fights here, here with help from the best solo pvper I know Joffy!, Small things but it was building to one of the most defining fights for me personally as the largest battle I had FC'd.

Though this isn't all we were battling a group called Anti-Social Club was trying to take space as we were called.  Oh at this point we were no longer renters per our land lords a major milestone for us and renewed our members, and helped us grow our new coalition.  This is one of my first FC battles, and with a ship I had little knowledge and use of the IshtarThe Battle Report and Video below.

We win the fight, and kill their attempt of hanging on to Sov in ER.  Then a few hours later we have to scramble to stop the take over of CL-IRS by a group all thought dead, and would eventually be dead again Ethereal Dawn TCU kill.

Now the first fight for CT8K-0 was not to happen.  PFR called for help, and had a NPSI group come and support them so we stood down knowing that we had one timer to win, and it was the one that mattered.  If you would like to know more about that please refer to PFR's Reddit.   The armor timer for the station was where we would make our stand, and one that would change the course of Eve for me, and my want to go full into FCing, and doing what I can to make my Alliance great.

Please see below video, and Battle report here for the down and dirty.  For me it was the largest fight I FC'd, and I was wide eye'd, but determined to fight and lose it all to try to win this fight.  At the time we formed 50 pilots from our Coalition, and were told Legion of Xdeath and/or Shadow of Xdeath were not going to be able to make the timer at all or if so late.  PFR called upon those who believed in their cause, and those looking to get into a fight which I think was their undoing in the end.  Notably TEST / Brave came through a new frigate Worm Hole with a maulus fleet which made our logistics group only able to lock out to 5k at best forcing us to ball up.  This with their other supporters and randoms brought the total if 300 pilots at its peak vs our 50.  PFR switched from their normal Caracal doctrine to Vexor Navy Issues which in my opinion a better choice, but I feel they just didn't have enough time in them to be very effective, and that I focused on their logi to help us drop their DPS quicker, and that caused them to leave the field early the first time.

So due to the Maulus's ships that failed to anchor up died or had to leave field and return later.  In the video any time you here me stop mid-sentence is our logi FC letting me know these issues.  They dual log on comms to avoid cross talk and allow me to call targets without them having to wait till I was done to relay information to the rest of the fleet.

Yes I know a blue killed another blue I had no idea during the fight, and he like most of us was new.  Anyone that came to the fight and supported us I couldn't say anything bad about especially with the odds we were against so meh.  The Battle Report from Eve Kill as the Zkill doesn't show the total number of pilots.

We won little did we know that this would be the last good battle we would have as a coaltion, as a real enemy was lurking, and slowly approaching....

Unto the Breach "liberal use of Shakespear"

Orion Sa-Solo

Once more unto the breach, dear SERIN, once more;
Or close the Station up with our SERIN dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a pilot
As modest stillness and humility:
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage;
Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
Let pry through the portage of the head
Like the Blasters, Lasers, and missiles; let the brow o'erwhelm it
As fearfully as doth a galled rock
O'erhang and jutty his confounded base,
Swill'd with the wild and wasteful systems.
Now set the teeth and stretch the nostril wide,
Hold hard the breath and bend up every spirit
To his full height. On, on, you SERIN!
Whose blood is fet from fathers of war-proof!
Fathers that, like so many ,
Have in these parts from morn till even fought
And sheathed their swords for lack of argument:
Dishonour not your FC; now attest
That those whom you call'd CEO did beget you.
Be copy now to pilots of grosser blood,
And teach them how to war. And you, good yeoman,
Whose limbs were made in Etherium Reach, show us here
The mettle of your pasture; let us swear
That you are worth your breeding; which I doubt not;
For there is none of you so mean and base,
That hath not noble lustre in your eyes.
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'For SERIN, and Etherium Reach!'

Change

Eve is changing……. So I need to change

With the `new patch rhythm it is changing faster than ever, and with it I need to as well.  See Eve literally  saved my life well it comes down to one person in Eve, but the game and notable people in here helped  me.  There has been a shift the constant stress of RL and our current situation in Null have brought out feelings I had damned people on my blog/twitter/reddit.

So I need to change so I can be better, and hopefully feel better.

First I deleted my Reddit account.

Reddit was a place I used as a resource for Intel at first, and then got embroiled in the trolling, and trash talking that is generated in there.  Now there good things there do not get me wrong, but there are good post that support fellow eve players/events, CCP posts and very good folks, but deleting my account was the best thing to help avoid me even wanting posting anything.  It pulled me into saying things that are not what I want to be like anymore.

The next thing was this blog:

I delete some posting that named folks that said or did things I felt wronged me.  They weren’t any more right than I was, but at least now I feel better that I don’t have to look at it, and move  on from there. I had thought about closing the whole thing as I am unsure if it was worth it, and if I
could do this in a way that was meaningful to anyone, but myself.  But Twitter changed my mind, and  thank the folks there that gave me the idea for this very post.   So in that same thread I apologize to those folks PFR, Emma Kado, and any other group I may have called out.  Right wrong or indifferent its over its done, and for what it’s worth I hope we can move on, go about our Eve business.

Eve saved me literally, and I owe it to a few people I wanted to thank, and show that there are some
great folks in eve.

First to my Alliance and my Corp. you all are my brothers, and sisters that have followed my
FCing as best you can follow a crazy soldier!  Stay strong guys we’ll get though all the nonsense that is going on.

Our blues who have join my fleets and supported our operations you all have been great.

Personal thanks;

The people below have had a heavy part helping and getting me feeling better, and really enjoying this game.  Some of these people I will name are their respective twitter handle or in game name if you would rather me not have you on there at this time of this posting hit me up and I will take your name off of here.  No offense on the order I just wrote as I thought.

Spanky Ikkala:  This man is one of the main folks who has talked to me and helped me with my issues.  A fellow soldier, and loud advocate for the Broadcast4reps (#B4R) in game channel/twitter hash tag.

Maximus Aerelius:  My brother we’ve talked to each other about our similar issues on twitter for a
while, and we have come a long way.  Our talks have helped me be better, and I for one count you as my brother, and friend that I wouldn’t think twice to come running to help if you ever called.

Emma Kado:  I hated you for a time till I sat down and started writing this, and where I realized I had really messed up, and figured out we are one in the same for the most part.  Though I as told this once already by someone, and it is true looking at it.  Sorry about what I said for what it is worth, and hope the best for you.

Sarragossa:  People in the alliance call you mom, and for good reason.  You deal with all our problems RL and in game.  You care about the alliance more than the boss!  You've talked me from the edge of quitting more times than I like to think of, and I cant thank you enough for that.

sweetnjuicy:  Saved me from myself, and still holds me together in the worst of times.  No matter how bad it gets always brings me back to where I am thinking straight.  There are not words to say to thank you, and or give enough to equate what you have done.  Thank you.

TorrinDeCaptor:  One of the blues I just met not to long ago. Pretty sure we were separated at birth or something.  I knew I like this dude the moment he hopped on comms!  We'll deal with our issues and pod those who try to fuck with us man.  Hoping I can learn a lot from you and your time FCing, and our Armor fleets will make others cower!

Joffy Aulx-Gao / Rixx Javix:  Dirty pirates both, but the best two folks you can run into.  They both have done what they can to help me out in Eve, and have been there for me when others could not.  Joffy you are an inspiration, and Rixx you got me to do this, which has helped me a lot.  Thank you both.

The real question is can I change?  Well I will have to or continue to suffer, and hurt those above who have been helping me.  So here it goes, and I hope I can get things righted so I can help get us through the crazy that is Eve, and these constant updates, and soon to be SOV changes.

Day one starts on this post, and lets see how it goes.  Fly safe folks.
